According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in
Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it
will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

there was a little bug on the page and the price was displayed +1 USD so instead of 4,84 you have 5,84
Yep. Made me spit my drink and do a double take. Did this bug happen to coincide with the 10c price bump?

This, is excellent!
The first thing I did though was to go into Split Screen (a Google Chrome extension that allows side-by-side views of web sites) but find that BTCCharts.com doesn't render at all. I'm presuming this is probably because of BTCCharts.com being flash-based.
Is there any other way to get multiple BTCCharts to display (without launching a browser window for each)?

North-Americans are funny with their odd date-order I actually agree. I think the best date order would go YYYY-MM-DD myself. DD-MM-YY makes a lot of sense, but it makes it difficult to find anything in an alphabetically-sorted file system.
