I didn't read the whole post because I'm not interested, but to everyone hating; .25 is very reasonable. You're lucky he doesn't want a contract with royalties and all that just in case. Maybe his music is not popular in America per-say, but it could be in other countries.

To tell you the truth this is the wrong community for this. There is sites for stuff like that idk if they take btc buttt they have much higher traffic then this site.
