Don't use crypsty to trade NXT or you will lose you money.

I have a broken withdrawal :
Nxt   NXT-G8MD-GZZA-FNRS-52DDF   10585.18248105 NXT   Yes   2014-08-17 14:19:56
Processed   TrxID: @ 2014-08-17 14:30:41

(See the no id, and the confirm set to yes)

They don't answer to you ticket after that, even if you give them the link to check that the transaction is not in the blockchain.

10585 Nxt is a lot of money for me, I don't know what to do with them  Embarrassed

He's right about Cryptsy and NXT.  Many people have had problems with it.  I had a problem myself, but it was solved after I posted to this forum.  I don't know why Cryptsy doesn't disable NXT withdrawals until they get it fixed.

Just give them some time....I've had NXT withdrawals stuck for up to a week with Cryptsy, but they always showed up in the end.
Just keep hassling Support once a day, and your NXT will show up.

cryptsy guys and the bitjohn U.S. army guy better learn from a real company who dont f*ck dem customers... like P**rce Motorcycle Services and many other.

I've had nothing but problems with cryptsy in the past. with pretty much every coin including nxt. I don't know why anyone still uses them when there are much better choices out there.

I too have experienced this problem at cryptsy, tried to take nxt 12 October, but they at the present time has not yet come. Support says nothing good, we just have to wait. And many such cases, and all connected with huge delay crypsy. I am very outraged, as has been almost a month and coins yet. And how here it is possible to conduct serious business with this exchange? Let's see how this will all end.
All my friends will recommend to trade on other exchanges!

I like their platform but OP is right. Support sucks. Had similar problems with XRP and support didn't do anything. Just complaining here was helpful, buy next to "escalating your ticket to the tech support, it may take some time" I didn't get any reply. Took nearly 2 weeks to withdraw my XRP.

You guys must have bad luck...I've never ever had a problem using Cryptsy, and I've withdrawn about 10 or so different kinds of altcoins.

I wonder why they don't have automated this process, because it would be much faster. And now they are manually doing the transfer? The exchange is quite large, and the staff does not cope during
