I want to know how to put an image on my profile in the picture/text section. I see other full members able to do this, can anyone show me ?

It's not possible. It has been disabled.
Members with images in their profile added them 6+ months ago, IIRC.

No, you can't do it any more as it was disabled (for everyone) for security reasons (as has been stated above).

The members who have an avatar put it there before it was disabled.
