That makes no sense... if the funds are on your wallet, then the transaction is confirmed... if the transaction isn't confirmed, the funds are not on your wallet.

If blockchain is saying 62 confirmations (and are you positive you're looking at the right transaction? destination your address? amount appears correct? etc?), and your wallet is showing an unconfirmed transaction, then the first thing I would check would be that your wallet is up to date and not forked off...

You would not believe how many people are still using too-old clients...
