Received first payment ($1.50) and was able to withdraw succesfully, with 71 minute processing time.
It may be worth noting that the rewards for this sig campaign seem to be denominated in USD, with the BTC rewards in the OP listed under the assumption that 1 BTC = $500 USD. With BTC slighly lower than that as of right now, it appears that monthly BTC rewards will slightly exceed what was listed in the OP.
