Hi everyone,

I would like to offer my services as a live-chatting/ticket answering operacional or a support team member, i am looking for a part-time/full-time job for long periods of time.

What is this good for? What would i win with this?
- Not only would your customers would get a reply to theyr answers quickly, but your website would look more trustworthy/professional, you would also gain extra time to add things to the website, fix bugs, increase awareness of your company, etc, instead of being answering tickets and emails.

Experience?
- I have worked as a support member (my duties ranged from answering tickets to live-chatting with customers) for a total of 2 hosting companys.

Extra info:
Flexible schedule, skype available, can work on weekends (the 2 most busy days in most companys), have experience as a live-chatting/ticket answering member.

hopefully the customers would get THEIR answers not only quickly, but grammatically correct so that the COMPANY'S public perception was raised to a higher level
