It means you insert the bitcoin address you use in signing the message. The "insert signature here" is the signature that is generated when you sign the message. I have no idea how to find the PM ID#.

yes , I can give the  profile link of the accounts,,,  several BTT ( bitcointalk.org)  accounts of  mine may have been stolen at the same time,  I registed some different accounts before.
