https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7j75lThw-MFor about 24 hours it's going to cost $1.99 on the Humble Bundle store You can buy it using BTC. I'll definitely get a copy. I'm watching cosmos right now so I'm really lucky to have this. I'd like to play it with Carl Sagan.

Syscoin has the best of Bitcoin and Ethereum in one place, it's merge mined with Bitcoin so it is plugged into Bitcoin's ecosystem and takes full advantage of it's POW while rewarding Bitcoin miners with Syscoin

I'll get my copy today as well. I was just loading my wallet up! It cost me -0.00421134 BTC (according to Preev that's USD 2.025) That was MY two cents .

I was going to buy it, but I can't pay with Bitcoin? Jesus, man - this isn't 1999. Of course, you can pay with BTC. ETA: Oh, wait... I guess you can't. Really? ETA2: Yeah, you can. The Bitcoin logo just hanged on loading for me. In cart, click "Other payment options" -- bitcoin's at the bottom.

I was going to buy it, but I can't pay with Bitcoin? It's tricky, but you can. They always hide the "Buy with BTC" buttons. I think humble bundle is collectively afraid of backlash from other payment processors. PS1: There is an alpha stage for the second game. Since my hardware is not that strong I'm not even going to attempt this

Huh, interesting! Could someone explain what that thing actually does for people on mobile? Galaxy simulating software seems to be a pretty big claim to make! Or is it merely a piece of software showing you parts of our galaxy?

I should have gotten into Bitcoin back in 1992...

This game looks great, but after clicking around trying to find the Bitcoin option I found this in the FAQ: Q: I do not see the "Pay with Bitcoin" option on your site. A: Bitcoin is available as a purchase option whenever US Dollars are listed. Users from Europe may not see Bitcoin listed as an option in the Humble Store where prices are listed in Pounds and Euros. Well that sucks. I might have to commit the ultimate blasphemy and click the paypal button...

There is always the option of trying to get a free copy to just look at the simulations to see if you're interested http://universesandbox.com/buy/There's also a decently active forum. I got into this because I'm watching Carl Sagan's cosmos, I'm currently in episode 4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5TV4yXfAng

Purchase decisions are always difficult. What is your opportunity cost? If you have a tiny amount of BTC you can always HODL. You can always try the free version. (And then try the freeer version *cough*)

Look under "more simulations" and load figure 8.
It looks really cool.
I'm going to play with it with the more accurate math from the options. (The accurate math (non-Euler) about half the fps for me)
Also, I set the background to black, it's easier to focus.

So can anyone explain why an object of larger mass/density and thus exerting more gravity would eject other objects instead of the objects crashing into it?

So can anyone explain why an object of larger mass/density and thus exerting more gravity would eject other objects instead of the objects crashing into it?
Gravitational slingshot. In fact, the end result of a gravitational slingshot is approximately the same as if the objects actually did crash into each other, but bounced off elastically. Since objects in orbit are already moving at extremely high speed, they get flung out at extremely high speed when this happens (conservation of energy).
