Your forecast would have more credibility if you provided a rationale and or a timeline.  Anyone can say anything will happen within weeks.

I am surprised that bitcoin has not been able to return to its post USMS sale highs, so it should not be too difficult to come up with a good bear story.

We recently had a flash crash to below $350 on one exchange, but it only lasted minutes. If we get another within the next month he will proclaim himself right.

Yes but that flash crash probably was caused by a single whale, was that a sort of missclick?

i think that flash crash was an accident. someone put a bunch of coins for sale at 350, thinking it was 450 and boom, someone swept in and bout them, hence the crash to 350.. but it rebounded in the next few trades. that happened to me many times when i would trade in blocks of 50, i would put it at a dollar or 2 more, but someone would just buy it because its was the exact amount that they wanted. so, the price would "skyrocket" temporarily... thats when bitcoins were just a few dollars.. so, that flash crash is no big deall.. someone made a mistake or programmed their bot wrong...

I hope all the other bulls (who may be in temporary hibernation or bear mode even) have put aside enough FIAT to buy if a sharp drop should occur over the next weeks or months! Keep in mind that this is a realistic possibility!

I would say 650 dollars within weeks but it's an hope, not a certainty.

If we go to $650 now, we would enter a bull market again. If we should reach $700, we'd be in for some very very decent rally I guess. This would silence all the bears at once, if you ask me!

I'm glad I dont own any shitcoins.
Bitcoin is a playout toy. Nobody will take it srs.

How boring, within weeks is a rather lame prediction. Come on, give us a time-frame that's more precise here! Do you expect your prediction to be right if we only touch $350 or do we have to stay on that level for some time?

I should have gotten into Bitcoin back in 1992...

Need strong stomach to hold on to bitcoin.

If you don't have one, better stay on the sideline like most of us.

Just hold for a few years and don't check price on day to day basis.

Some earlier bitcoin users did extremely well on their forgotten coins.

Long-term, I think BTC is only going to continue rising. I think we'll definitely see a large rise when the reward halves in ~2016. Unless BTC is hit with some really bad news (Satoshi starts moving his BTC), I don't think we'll drop to $350.

Traduction from OP's post into real language: I missed out hard at being a BTC pioneer, so everytime it goes low I enjoy other people lossing wealth, even tho Bitcoin will be 10K in 2018, so I need to get in FAST as low as possible. Im also retarded enough to think making posts in BTCTalk will have any impact on the BTC price. Cheers.

In the short term we could reach 350$ or lower, it happened before (from 30$ to 1$ or similar) and it can happen now.
But I agree that in the long term the value will increase and hit new all time highs.

Oh? I see lots of fishing for bottoms, but no launch pad. If the bulls can't get some momentum going soon, I'm beginning to think $300s are in the cards as well... Undecided
