Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Find a trustworthy person on LBC or on this forum. And I'm emphasizing trustworthy because it's possible to abuse wire transfers, although more difficult than paypal. Another option is to wire to an exchange, although that's not 100% problem-free either. Some banks or companies block transactions that are known to send or receive from bitcoin exchanges.

Localbitcoins definitely seems like your safest bet. As long as you are careful and look for trustworthy people to deal with you should be fine, there are a lot of people out there that may try and take advantage.

LBC is going to be your best bet if going through wire.
Safest and smoothest way possible.

Be careful and good luck.
There are a lot of scams on LBC. If you sell to the wrong person then they could somehow make it look like stolen money was sent to you which would make you look bad/get investigated.

It's not a case when you deal with a person with 100+ positive feedbacks.

Hello,

With us at Cryptonit.net you can deposit via SEPA bank transfer for 0 fee. The only fees you will basically incur for buying your bitcoins is 0.15% trading fee + fixed 0.001 withdrawal fee. That's it.

Should you have any further questions feel free to let us know.
