Any idea how loud they are?

What power configuration is required? 2x 6pin, 2x 8pin etc.

It's 2x 6pin power to the ASIC.
Also Atx power to the board which is on top.   The Raspberry Pi is powered via the ASIC.

Does anybody have an image for this?   It seems like they are shipping from HK with a non-working A2 non-mini image.
