I have order from 18th August 2014
Order: 6435   Direction: Okpay USD -> Western Union USD

Still waiting almost 14 days !!! and no response from Administrator

 Order date:   18-08-2014 20:20:12   13 d 12 h 48 min 3 sec ago
Change date:   28-08-2014 10:11:16   3 d 22 h 56 min 59 sec ago

Status: PAID – order is paid by client, waiting for an administrator's answer



How long they need to process one order ? Is it scam or what ?

It's no scam, I used their service too.
But my order was completed after 27 days!!

I would not recommend to use this service...
