1. Whoever wins this auction pays first. Or we can use escrow which you'll pay, but by my choice.
2. Whoever wins this auction must complete the trade in less than 24 hours.
3. Bidder must have at least member rank in order to bid.
4. Members with negative rank cannot bid, or/as if they do, their bid will not be valid.
