Just waiting on Bittrex to open...

I want to  fast

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Fingers crossed for some time today. It would be nice to get some trading going before POW is done.

Hello,

Excuse the absolute noob question.
Do I enter the whole 103 charcter address to withdraw my coins from the suprnova pool? First time dealing with such long addresses. Is there a way to set a test withdrawl ammount from a pool?

Thanks.

Copyright on Shadowcoin stealth has been added back in,
don't want to upset anybody and ryan did a good job with stealth implentation
but the SDC code is clearly a work in progress like every other coin.

Quite a few changes were made to the code...
One big thing I fixed is a deadlock in the wallet when there is a high transaction volume.
Perhaps SDC inherited this from Blackcoin but in any case I felt if was worth changing.

I removed the messaging system, it's not something I'm really interested in for this coin.
Also in it's current form I felt that there is a big risk of people spamming between wallets which could make syncing very difficult.

I'm working with Bittrex to get this coin implemented on their exchange with full stealth addresses..
Watch this space for a first in crypto! Stealth from genesis block straight through to exchange support!

There seems to be quite a bit of demand for a POD (proof of developer) graphic.
I'm not sure of the benefits of it and it certainly won't help the development which to me is what counts the most.
However, I may get a POD just to keep certain people at ease.

Approx 6000 PoW blocks remaining or about 4 days left to mine.

Good job with all of these. You seem like a potent dev and if you manage to solve that with bittrex you will have a top 3 coin for sure.

I would adive to do the POD even if it doesn't prove anything. Masses seem to gain a lot of trust from that.

THE POD IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!  don't discount this process, it is a necessity these days, and if you decide not to do it, many will decide not to have anything to do with this coin.

As TrollboxChamp mentioned, use the whole 100+ char addresss.
You can also do a manual withdraw to test it if you want from suprnova before enabling the automatic withdraw....

Sent around 4000 coins from one wallet to another, and they haven't turned up. Any ideas?

trx is showing 67 confirmations, but it lists a none stealth address - I sent it to the full long address

Whilst the front-end works on the longer steath addresses the block chain works on the shorter addresses (this is how you get the awesome stealth anon because you cannot link the stealth address to the normal address as shown on block explorer).

I have jumped into #xcash irc and happy to help.

There has been a report of one user who sent funds to a new address which have not been received.

I am looking into it.

As a precaution and until I have determined the cause or identified a problem:

If you are sending large amounts of funds to a new address always send a small amount first; confirm receipt and then send the rest.

I am still working with Bittrex to get Xcash onto their exchange and we shall (fingers crossed) have the compatibility finished today.
