A high level white paper would be good. Pointing investors at code isn't a great way to get the idea across.
Any updates?

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I know it has been a while, but I'm here with an update!

I got my dev machine fully working now for compiling mac builds.  As such since I'm in charge of xMarket I got started on the UI.

Here is some screenshots

This is a very very basic UI to test the marketplace.  More features will be added later based on performance tests.

Of course.
Its just a first UI. Even not a design.

x11joe is busy making the market atm.

He checked in about 1 hour ago to say he's currently working right on "reading" from database and "identifying" transactions.

When he has reached a milestone he'll post the update here with a full explanation of what has been achieved as well as how much is left to do.

For now, instead of posting on the forum and getting sidetracked he has insisted he just wants to keep his head down programming.

I will ask for some more screen shots and dev vids when possible.

So, I've been using this wallet unlocking and staking with no problems. So I launch xCash this morning and put go to unlock the wallet for staking and it says... 'The passphrase entered for the wallet decryption was incorrect' So I guess now I'm locked out of my coins. I tried using a backup wallet and it does the same.

So today I get a PM asking if I had any luck with my locked out wallet. I guess another coin was built using xCash as the base and they have three different users that are locked out of their wallets.

This happened to me too. My only solution so far was to start
a new wallet, this time without a password.  It is staking just fine
but the 1st wallet had 500 coins in it that can never be retrieved?
I'm absolutely certain that my password is correct.   I'd say fixing this should
be a priority.   Merry Christmas
