Purchased a tube via Canaryinthemine's group buy and it shipped with a dead ethernet controller...If you already have a working tube with controller then this would be simple to add into your existing setup.  I  will sell it for .79BTC shipped in the USA.  If you do not have a controller then do not buy this miner since it requires one to work.  I assume the blades are good, but have not been able to test them.
