I'm giving an summary of what happened on irc:

The username/password to http://www.whit3r4bbi7.com/ is Kevin_Flynn Games?_You_want_games?_I'll_give_you_games... This password was found by mere_dust.

Behind the password prompt is an video, the video features abstract graphics and white noise in the background. There is also some text. User frisco82 created an pastebin with the contents here: http://pastebin.com/Mu3db8rd

Finally, user itod found out that if you access the whit3r4bbi7 site on any page other than the home page (such as http://www.whit3r4bbi7.com/foobar) you get to see the hash f8bf41177a5f5e808a7ccb648b51080b031f15ca8018d91a576263d6cc626eb6. This (seemingly sha256) hash is featured on multiple virus scan sites (google it). edit: frisco82 also found this hash a few hours before itod.


New clues: a new poem, an image of ramses II, an SHA256 hash, an overuse of ROT encryption.

Some progress made by those (frisco and micaman most notably, and others I'm not aware of) who are examining the files in the http://whit3r4bbi7.com/ video. They found some files that contain images that are noise. https://imgur.com/a/IYDpC

Assume these are overlays of noise, and there are probably many more layers to discover. (I'm curious about the layer containing all those vectors/triangles/pyramids that traverse the video.)

We know the OP is a fan of steganography from her prior ARG puzzle. There are tools out there, but I'm not sure which ones are useful.

Lots more to do to discover what's going on in this video. There are some .png files that need to be looked at. And I'm surmising that the audio portion contains some secrets as well.

Things various people have been working on:
- Overlaying the noise images on top of each other in various hallucination-inducing though not otherwise revelatory ways. this often involves transparency masking given the "what's white is clear" line in the video. It's noteworthy that the width of the three files is the same, so one common approach is to drag the smaller ones across the bigger one in various combinations.
- Using various color shifts on the files based on their fruity names.
- Trying to overlay a noise mask over the four frames with noise that have been linked above.
- Sifting through bits.

Other random notes:
- I think the "space is an illusion, waiting for a face" bit may refer to using the image of Ramses' face somehow.

Wow, amazing stuff.  I wish I had time to join in the effort, but unfortunately "R" is taking precedence over "ARG" for me right now.  I have to agree with rock_collector's earlier statement that it's worth appreciating the layers of artistry and technical expertise what went into creating this.

Inside beta.mp4 there is another hidden rar that has apple, orange, and mango. According to diff, they are identical to the ones hidden in alpha.mp4. I suspect that they may have been erroneously placed in both of the files. mirth23

white3r4bbi7.com/PRINT gives the same 404 we've been seeing. Based on the rotation hint in alpha.mp4, we attempted all ROT-n versions of PRINT and did not find anything. print.whit3r4bbi7.com also does not exist. I've also tried a couple rotations of whit3r4bbi7.com but no go.

I attempted to use Sonic Visualizer on both videos to look for more QR codes and didn't spot any. Someone else might want to check my work since I'm not overly proficient with it.

There's all sorts of crazy stuff in beta.mp4. It's only 11 seconds but has a lot more content, although most of it appears to be window dressing.
