It doesnt work signing up. You always get an error about billing information no matter what you do.

If you use proxy or fake data... they detect it.

Ok, sent you a PM just now, got some VPN I can play with. Also I am just curious as to why people said your method didn't seem to work, maybe they're using proxy like you said

I dont think will work with the VPN, but you can try.

From my experience the hosting detect any IP wich si not real and you get a error message.

But ... maybe you can do it via VPN.

I need accounts, it does not matter much how you make them.
