You can't get into an email without the following:
An exploit of sort, bruteforcing, or RATing
No exploit will land you the password in neat colors, this isn't Facebook.
What you CAN get is the encrypted password, IF you end up using an exploit that is.
Or you could hijack the browser and read the password if it is saved.
Keyloggers and Remote Access Trojans are another way, but that won't work if you're really "locked out"
As for bruteforcing, here's the calculation:
For a 95 character password, inclusive of alphanumeric characters and spaces, as well as special characters/symbols, it would take you 5.262635772095082e+36 years 5 days 19 hours 8 minutes and 42 seconds to brute force crack the password, assuming you're cracking at a rate of 168,806 keys per second.
Which is avoidable if you change your password in the middle by the way.
