Many a times we see people are lack of confidence and they do not love themselves due to some or other silly reasons. It is not good basically we have to accept ourselves and love the most so that people accept us and love us.
Few points I am discussing here that may help you to find out good things in self to appreciate the same.
Make a list of your abilities , talents, your past achievements, how you got blessings in past.Create a helping nature as well as mixing so that people need you and your support and eventually that gives you confidence about self.

Try some difficult thing that others can not do easily and believe me if you are able to do that stuff the you will fall in love with yourself. Daily stand in front of mirror and affirm as follows :

" I am the most beautiful girl in the world" I love myself . Thank you god for giving me health and a nice body . I am thankful that I have two legs, hands, eyes, ears and my every organ of the body is whole and perfect.

There are millions of people in the world still exists who want to live a life like me so for that I thank you God for making me so special

I think the only true way to love yourself is to know yourself. You have to learn to differentiate between external demands and pressures vs. your own wants and needs.
