It's probably the 3rd time I make a topic like this here, but once again I need some more spanish teachers over skype. The compensation will be $10 per hour paid in BTC or paypal, and you'll be teaching either me or another student I set you up with. Hours will usually be afternoon your time, and the lessons will be 60-90 minutes.

It will increase over time, but initially it's not negotiable until you have proven yourself to be reliable and have satisfied students. Then the hourly rate generally increases the more students you have.

Shuai, I understand your needs and payouts (given langualink costs), but a regular language teacher in Arg earns about $us 15/20 per hour for normal clases (not individual clases). I own a school and we teach about 6 languages (not spanish obviously).

Said this I'm sure you still might find someones interested in doing it but I guess this is not the best place, guess language teach forums (don't now them). This would elevate the level of the teaching, and you might use a comunity menber as sort local excahnger of the BTC for the teacher.

It's a great idea. I think $10 is ok if you plan giving a rise after the first or second succesful classes, since it's not exacly the most appropiate value I guess.

My only complaint would be that you shouln't offer PayPal payments here, since we are trying to encourage the use of bitcoin in here =)
