I've just realized that there's not enough sources for bitcoiners to get their news. Therefore me, and my team of 50 followers, will publish one. The name of the newspaper will be The Monthly Bitcoin Newspaper because, quite frankly, that's what it will be.

The newspaper will be a physical paper--none of that online crap. We are currently accepting advertisers for the paper. The rate will be whatever you want to pay. Hell, we'll even do the copy for you. Subscription cost will be 1 BTC per year--13 issues. And if you order now, the second year is free. The first issue of the newspaper will be the May issue, thus allowing us plenty of time to get it out.

We are setting up the domain now and will have a vanity address hashed shortly, thus allowing us to take your money.

Please offer up any suggestions for the newspaper so that it can be the best it can be.

In years to come when this newspaper is happening I will be able to sell advertising in this first post.

That is all.

Well, that is only if you actually do this, which you won't. Or will you?

I've obtained a model to act as the spokesperson for The Monthly Bitcoin Newspaper. I will be setting up her Facebook page shortly and providing translation.

First E-Trade, then Capital One, now Bitcoin. What is it with babies and money? Is there some deep rooted parenting need with this generation?

How much longer will it be before I'm

Why is he pitching BitTalk TV in his sig line then?

You mean why was he, for now the link is dead. Also, how can a user come onto the scene at the height of the MyBitcoinCoin fiasco and never mention them in any of their posts with the exception of quoting a post once that mentioned MBC?

Yeah, I guess. That looks like an old puppet nic belonging to Matt though. I doubt Tom would have bothered to post. He was watching the forum every day I’m sure but he would have no reason to post.

Atom and Matthew are definitely two different people. And Matthew had to claw bittalk.tv away from Atlas. The question remains: What happened to Atom?

You guys were talking about mybitcoin...

Behold the mybitcoin heist in this block http://blockexplorer.com/block/0000000000000683b79daf3d2e73dc8cc66e94a2c51a1ef628e14749bcb626c2

Notice the first transactions on the block, the ones with a single output... All made at the same time and untouched since 8-8-2011
I got to them following some addresses that someone said were certain to belong to mybitcoin.
That must be Tom Williams retirement plan.
Nice article for your newspaper, hein, Phinn? Wink
