I have reported 175+ posts, but it seems that the accuracy has got stuck to 93% since 150. Can a Mod/Admin please confirm whether the accuracy that is being shown against my name is correct ?

Mine also stuck around 92% last 1 month, I reported I think around 200-250 reports last 1 month.

Mine hasn't budged from 97% for I think over two months and around 500-or-so posts reported. I'm starting to think something is wrong with it too.

Took me at least several weeks to go from 93% to 94%. The more you report the harder it is to improve. Just keep on reporting and worry less about the %. Anything over 90% is mod-level anyway and the last few percents might as well be different interpretations of the rules. You have to keep in mind that reporting the same (or very similar) post will be handled differently by different mods.

I don't think you should care that much about report accuracy.

Math. The more reports you have overall, the larger the spread between percentage points. If reports were rounded off to 100ths, like 96.57% you would see it going up more often. Also could be getting some bad reports occasionally, probably won't be enough to drop your percentage visibly at this point so you wouldn't know.
Also, when you report something, it will immediately be added to your number of reports, however it won't factor into your percentage until dealt with by a moderator, and never will if the report remains in limbo (it happens).

Mmm, what is accuracy? are you guys talking about activity? or its something else Nope, it's something totally else. It's accuracy of how many of your reported posts were really against the rules.

still working for me. i've reported 3 times in the past 2 days and they are all showing up m8. Mmm, what is accuracy? are you guys talking about activity? or its something else talking about "report to moderator" option at the bottom right of every message. accuracy means what % that your report was correct (as in, if the post is moved after you reported it).

Keep reporting and yours will probably go up (or down). Obviously I have no way to tell if it's stuck - unless I report some stuff I know to be incorrect until it goes down haha - but it's probably just down to the math like Badbear said.

So maybe is it an error? I'm stuck at : You have reported 79 posts with 74% accuracy I doubt it. As BadBear said percentages move quickly when you have few reports and barely noticable when you have >1000 reports. IIRC hilariousandco is at >1900 reports probably more now. Lets assume 97.0000% of these are correct, thats 1843 correct and 57 not. In order to reach 97.5% (I assume thats when 98% will be shown) he would have to make 2223 total correct reports vs 57 bad. Thats 380 good reports without fail. For 79 posts with ~74.6835% assumed accuracy (59 good, 20 bad) you only need 1 good report (60/(60+20) = 75%)

Accuracy is always rounded down IIRC, so it'll take even longer. People shouldn't worry about accuracy much, and certainly not single percentage points.

Interesting. So, if you lose your 100% accuracy, you will never get it back no matter how good your future 1000 reports are.
