Limit minimum order size to set new bid or ask price.
What I mean by this is simple.
Lets say the limit to set new Bid or Ask price for the LTC is set at 100 LTC

Order book looks like this
Code:
 Bid              Ask
105@0.1         120@0.13
291@0.09        222@0.144

If I like to buy or sell 0.00.. - 99.99... LTC, I can not enter my orders at 0.11 or 0.12 but I can enter it at 0.1, 0.9 or 0.13 and 0.144.
Order of 100+ LTC can be entered at any price and I can set new Bid or Ask price.

While reading what I wrote, use the most friendliest and relaxing voice in your head.

why indeed?  You want to restrict the minimum size then someone adds liquidity but leave it unrestricted when they take it away?
