Scammer - SweetBits.biz - Scammed me $100 buy Starbucks

What happened::
I sold him one Starbucks gift card  with $ 305 loaded. After 5 minutes, I go to check the gift card balance is zero. I have sent three messages to request payment, but he did not respond.

And now he's offline.

why doesn't him get banned? I think Mod should banned him and all use on ip of him is using.

The forum policy is that mods won't ban scammers as they may return later to repay what they scammed. The trust system is there for a reason, and that reason is to make scammers have a bit of a harder life.

And unfortunately most people never see trust because only a couple of active members are on the default trust list. I guess not many bother to check under untrusted feedback.
