I have two KNC October Jupiters and wanted to update the firmware to the latest.I try to update the downloaded file from KNC but the update does not finish and the browser sometime after 1-2mins shows the same result as if you are not connected
all other screen work fine and miner mines

any help will be apreciated.

using Win-xp and avg as my antivirus
tried to shut it donw (the antivirus) nothing changed.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

clearing your browser cache works too try that.
