I have not tried playing flappy bird cause it looks boring.
Maybe a Super Mario like game would be more interesting and there are hidden coins on the blocks and bonus coins if the princess will be saved.

Not attacked in the sense of taking it down, but if you have a game
of skill that gives out BTC it would make sense for someone to write
automated software to play it.

You can use Captchas and time limits for some protection, but even
they can't totally secure your game against bots.
