last time i saw him was on betcoinpoker and I took all of his BTC but that was like 2 months ago

I think it's best we don't worry about Joey. I mean, most of the time, I just call scammers Joeys anyway. But I'm pretty sure he's still begging, with no collateral. And I'm pretty sure people are still not going to loan him anything. Without collateral. But some people don't understand that.
