Here's the deal. I need BTC and have the cash (in USD) to buy them. I only have a small amount, but I am willing to buy maybe 5 BTC. Because I know none of you will agree to this otherwise (and why would you?) I am willing to go first.

EDIT: Sent a PM. Will mail it when I hear the total amount.

I will convert small amounts of cash (<$100) to bitcoins at the current mtgox price less fees.  Just send the cash with a slip of paper with a bitcoin address (QR code or btc.to preferred, but a full address works too).  PM me for my address if you are interested.

Edit: I'm in US.

Why not just use BitInstant?

That's a good option, but then he's looking at 3-5% fees.
