Every coin that can be merge mined needs to have it's own ChainID.

-It isnt possible to merge mine across different algorithm's
-It isnt possible to merge mine coins with the same Chain ID on the same algorithm being mined

Awesome stuff. Is the purpose of this to have some type of universal language for merge mining children?

What happens if two coins happened to choose the same ChildID without knowing?

It's mainly to ensure theres no collisions. If 2 coins have the same id it means they both cannot be merged-mined at the same time as far as i know.

CanadaEcoin [CDN] has ChainID=1 which interferers with both Syscoin and UnitedScryptCoin.
