why don't you  open BTC-e account, deposit btc there and withdraw perfectmoney?

Because he will pay up to 7% fee on btce, which is nonsense.
I recommend exch.cc for instant exchange at the bitstamp rate and 0% fee. They are trustworthy

I am their old customer and just helping others to not make mistakes as I did in the past.

(Yea, this kind of mistakes when you are using BTCe to trade perfectmoney, then pay enormous fees  Cheesy)
