https://bitkee.com/order(Not that I know this particular service, but to answer your questions:) On the front of the card you can find the public key, whereas the private key is on the back, encrypted using BIP38 standard. That means only you can access the private key by decrypting it with a passphrase of your choice that only you know. Alternatively you can choose Electrum or Armory Wallet layout formats. To use the public key all you have to do is write it down or, more comfortably, scan the QR code.
