Lengthy proof of work period with short reduction periods (4-5 days) to allow gradual PoW to PoS transition.

Here is the rough skeleton outline of the upcoming releases. We're implementing what we believe are fundamental upgrades to make the wallet more user-friendly (particularly to the less computer-savvy) before revealing the details of Sept/Oct's developments, and our unique contributions.
