Sorry for sounding really dumb or maybe missing the obvious but what's up with the buying & selling of user accounts?  The only thing I can think of is in order for a scammer to get a new ID and scam again.  Has to be something else besides that. That would be too obvious.  There seems to be more threads here for selling user accounts than anything else.  Seriously, I am curious.  If you're uncomfortable posting your reply publicly feel free to send a PM.

Theres a lot of restrictions on newer members, and if you have say a hero account or something you will get much more bitcoin through signature campaigns.

The OP is asking for the usernames of the accounts being sold. As anyone selling their account should know, this is a bad idea as your account will probably end up receiving negative trust.

You advertise a site in your signature and get BTC in return. There are many of them in the Services section if you want to participate in one.

That's an excellent suggestion, but most of us here at Bitcointalk would be believers in free trade (Duh!) and how regulations would fail to stop vendors from selling their accounts anyway
