Primedice Moderator Positions Open - Apply or Nominate!

Everyone wants to be a mod. Are you prepared to be one ? Or you want it because it will rise your reputation? Or you ask it just to kill your time ? Or maybe it gets you more chances to ask for loans, that you wont get with simple name?

Mod is not easier job, it can be a burdain, there are good and bad days, and in every situation you have to be positive. Its not only your reputation that goes down, but sites to. You won't get paid, you will get lots of bashing, you wont get any medals for being nice and helpful.


I have been mod, admin and a sysops on a torrent site for 3 years straight, that time they asked for mods to be 6-12h a day, edit upload answer check mute delete, no pay. Its not the same..but

The question is:

Can you spend 3 hours a day on the site and stay positive?

The more you talk about how much you want to be mod, the less chance you are going to get mod.
I'm sure anyone that applies knows that they need to spend more than 3 hours a day and be positive to be mod. Heck, I spend over 6 a day on PD so i don't see how 3 is so hard to achieve. You make out as if it is a task in itself when its subliminal to most of us.

On the topic of the second Mod, it was supposed to have been picked the day after I was picked O_o.

Maybe Stunna is looking for a very specific timezone now. Idk.

I'm usually on from 8am to 4 pm gmt +2. Most of those times there aren't many mods on and the chat is all chaos-y. So someone from Finland could clean up the chat when you americans are sleeping.

Yeah...me too...there was a time when there was no MOD around and all this spammers/flamers came flying around...

I am usually always on Primedice chat( from 8 morning till late 00.00 evening +2gmt), answering silently people questions, looking what people writing.

I guess Several things like:
   -  Actively participating in the chat to bring more sunshine, even at night.
   -  Interesting others to PVP more so people see how fun it can be, because it is fun.
   -  I'm not sure if I need to say this as I think it's obvious, but here I go: Point people at rules they should be aware of more, if necessary.
   -  Lots of things I didn't mention here.

What you have to offer: I am on PD at least 8hrs a day, but like most nights I am online closer to 16hrs a day.  I am plenty known and ppl seem to respect me enough to not spam and be reckless if I am online as moderator.


I have been noticing an increase in spammers and cheaters.  It's normally people who wager 0.001 to call PD a scam or people who realize no mods are visibly online.  I can ensure a cleaner chat room and less beggars/spammers/trolls/LQP in general.



Also, if the VIP chat is established I'd like to be moved to moderating that chat.

Okay sorry Xchg but this has been brought on...

My track record:
- Never had any PD debt (despite both me and Xchg ran investment services) while change took months to repay who he owed
- I've been on PD longer than change, I remember seeing him at PD for the first time
- I may not be as active in PD3 but anyone from PD2 can vouch for me to be a respectful community member

It's funny how these vote all come from people I've never even heard of until this thread was on bitcointalk

I mean diamondcardz didn't get this modding job for anything but his bitcointalk rep, he did nothing for PD before this.

And DC that matter is completely different, don't see why you would bring that up.

I go for xChg, because (don't get me wrong):

- in the limited time I'm on everyday, I see him more

I matched his IP address to the scammers IP live on join.me stream with a mod and 10 other users present. Then he admited to 2 other people that he was the scammer. ive said this 500 times but it just gets ignored. anyway im not gona argue on this thread

What you have to offer: I have been an enthusiast in bitcoins since early 2013. I was 19 at time living in southern US in a poverty raised home.
I have always been tech savvy I am an enthusiast on trying to get some bitcoin start-ups but lack of resources always prevail. I manage a Sweepstakes parlor that sells long distance phone cards where the customer can play entertaining games to reveal prices in which they can redeem for cash amounts. It is operated in a state where commercial gambling is not allowed, but as i said we are sweepstakes. Anyways my days consist of compilations of ideas of btc start ups that could be beneficial to primedice such as maybe terminal style pos systems such as sweepstakes use. But ill save that for a PM. Or PM me..? Im 21 yrs ,I have a fiance and a beautiful 2 year old son, as well as my newborn baby as of Aug 27!! I have more than enough time being a manger that works 55+ hours 8am - 10pm frames (central). But my job duties are limited to sitting on the internet the whole time for okay pay, which i could utilize as a mod! The hardest part of my job is trying to find something to do on the internet beside bitcoin stocks and companies lol!! I love the website and the ideas it has brought to me and i would like to share if mods would like to reach out. Thanks for considerations and I'm here to stay hate that I didn't find this site earlier as our business model is similar at my sweepstakes parlor.

Im trying my hardest to get into the bitcoin industry on any level and I find it hard, but it is something that I will prevail in with support of my loving family and determination I shall put forth to provide for my babies.
