This is an Art Deco Gold and Enamel Cartier cigarette case. Est. creation date 1920-1930. It weighs 195.9g. Used and the enamel is chipped.

We contacted Cartier and they advised us not to fix it as it may ruin the value. There are some people for a price that would fix it but we were told not to. There are some burns on the back hinges from true use. On the black enamel towards the front, there are two buttons that you squeeze and the spring loaded top pops open. The spring is in excellent condition. There are two small hash marks to identify the piece. One is pretty faint from wear, the other is still very visible yet small. It is a wonderful cigarette case. Guaranteed authentic!! It's a beauty.

I would cover the shipping cost.  Escrow for sure.  You can see photos on bitpremier.com

Selling for 16.8 BTC

PM me if you're interested.

It is pricey and I'm always down to negotiate.  There are plenty of gold cigarette cases with less gold than this going for more on ebay.  I'd rather take BTC.  The gold alone is over 6K.

How can we be sure that it isn't replica but the real deal? I've seen alot of authentic looking replicas thought deep web.

If this is really gold real thing then its very nice. But how we can be sure about is. Photos are not everything. It would be best to check this item personally. 16+btc is gigantic price after all.

This is only possible with escrow ofc and that way you can check its authenticity.

All concerns are understandable.  I just got it checked out a few months ago out here to make sure all was good before I tried to sell it (It was a gift).  They brought in an expert to check it out and offered me the price of the gold for it at the time.  If anyone interested is in the San Fran area, I'd be happy to let them know the name of the place and/or meet them there or have the gold independently verified as authentic at a place of their choosing.  I can definitely get a certificate of authenticity to attest to the gold but for a true certificate of authenticity, I'm sure I'd have to send it off to Cartier in New York.

Correction...  Just called Cartier in NY and they don't reproduce certificates of authenticity or offer authentication services so if anyone is local, I suppose, and has a Cartier expert that they know and trust, we can make it happen.  If not, this might be a tough one and I certainly understand any hesitation a non local buyer might have.
