Hi guys!  I figured I'd hold a raffle for a 99% jackpot!  Here's how it works.

0.99 BTC of each ticket goes to the jackpot (obviously)
0.005 BTC goes into the kickoff fund, meaning that is what I will start the jackpot at for the next draw.
I keep the rest
