I started using DiabloMiner about a month ago and I really like it. I wrote a .bat file in Windows so I can just run it and the program will load all my settings. I'm currently only using one 5870, but Diablo gives a better hashrate than GUIMiner with phoenix. I spent weeks trying to tweak my 5830s under GUIMiner, mainly to see their individual performance. Not sure which is better, just preference I guess.

Does anyone know if there's a way to display individual hashrates from multiple cards under Diablo?
