I think that after 1 Year you can change the hosting ..
because 15$ is only the hosting, the Domain ( .com .uk ecc... ) is totally free for 1 year.

The domain is free. and after 1 year you can buy the domain from other site.. And from godaddy now the .com cost about 10$ o.O I personally use Hosting24.com ! 5.8$ / Month (Unlimited Space & Bandwidth) , free Domain 5.8x12= 69.6$. here pay 15$ 1 year ( basic hosting ) + Domain ( free 1 year ) |

They fuck people over by blocking their transfers in various ways, with weird reasons. Once they get you on, it is really hard to cancel and transfer. |

Godaddy has coupons for 0.99 USD .com domains 1st year.
Some cheap simple hosting elsewhere can be for 1st year foundfor 1 usd as well.
The next years it will cost more always. If you have old domain and you need to save just look for transfer promos of the domain.
