No way, no one can decide whether it will disappear unless developers want to continue. It's a pity that maybe he has worked hard.

Okay, no blocks for 6 hours, I've given it another kick. 

So how we can build this coin up again? For a 4 year old coin it has a fairly small blockchain (586905 blocks, ~250MB), and a relatively small premine (105000 CGA)... very easy to mine right now...

Are you the admin of the exchange? What application is producing that error? (I don't think it's the CGA2 client.)

Can you give me a sample address to verify?

I think the error "Withdraw error (3): Invalid CryptographicAnomaly2 address" is generated by whatever software your exchange is running, so you will need to ask whoever wrote it (or supports it). The word "withdraw"  is not present anywhere in the CGA2 client, so it's something above that.
