Has anyone run into issues using the ATI FirePro V3750? (Yes, i know its a shit card)

I just seem to get 0 hash/s

Driver details:
OpenCL 1.0 ATI-Stream-v2.2 (302)
CAL 1.4.815

Card details:
128MB
Mem Clock - 700MHz
Core Clock - 550MHz
