Looking for a lender willing to go out on a limb for me with a loan to help kick-start my credibility on the forum!

I'm looking for either:

10 BTC loan to be repaid after 2 weeks

-OR-

60 BTC loan to be repaid after 1 month

You tell me the interest % you need to give me a chance to build my credibility.. (I gotta start somewhere!)

I really don't mind paying a heavy ticket for the large(r) loan, I would honestly be okay with whatever fee you assess. (within reason)

But please don't rape me on the smaller loan, I just hate the waiting period on Dwolla -_-

I'll give you a 10 BTC loan with a 1% interest rate, so after the two week period you will send back 10.1 BTC on 5/3/12. If this sounds good to you leave a response and we'll work out the details.

Something I have found to establish confidence is to show that you're actually doing something productive with your loans. Loans to buy consumer goods to float you between paychecks aren't in the same caliber as loans to purchase mining equipment. Perhaps it'll help your case to mention your plans for the loan and provide some supporting information if this is a mining venture.

Beautiful! Ten bucks says this will be "successful", and he will start borrowing more and more until he defaults.

It's a shame that is the attitude within this sub-forum. Can't blame you guys though.

Seeing these threads makes me wanna puke.

1. Borrow 1 BTC, payback
2. Borrow 5 BTC, payback
3. Guys, I need all 21,000,000 BTC to pay my car bill or something! Please, lend to me! I have past loans that I did just      so I can run off with your money.

I would not do one of these bullshit loans without seeing photo id, and a verified address.
(So I can come dismantle your house nail by nail while you sleep if you didn't pay up.)

Donations are welcome!

I'm surprised how much negative attention this thread has gotten. He is just building rep... I understand it is risky, but oh well.

Anyhow, 10 BTC sent to the address you PM'd me, you can see that here: http://blockchain.info/address/1CBMQ72AMXPPLRsZEiFkJUPM3xuD6fSk9Q Smiley

@PatrickHarnett: Just curious, what are you getting at with your post about our registration dates? Just curious.

@Tomatocage: Just wanted to make sure everything was clarified and set-in-stone, no room for confusion when I was very specific, lol.

inb4 OP "successfully" returns the loan and then asks for a loan from someone else using this as a reference.

Soooo much criticism!

I find it all rather unnecessary, until I prove myself otherwise..!

Feel free to take as many notes as you'd like Patrick.

Thanks.  It's useful, especially as you aim to be able to borrow in the future, and as a lender, I may provide you with that loan.  I have done many loans to relatively new users, and some were simple scammers, and others have turned into good customers.  At this stage, I don't have an opinion one way or the other.

As for critisims, yes, some members derive their entertainment from spotting the next potential scammer, bad loan or dubious newbie.  That comes with the forum, and isn't likely to go away any time soon.  Sometimes it really pisses people off and other times users simply disappear.

Psy... we are not one and the same. Not sure how to prove it to you, but I joined this forum when I saw the topic for Coinworker.com (awesome service, BTW.) and eventually purchased one month from bitservers.co.uk. First time I've seen never2sleep in my life is today, and figured I'd join in on the lending bandwagon, see what it's all about and get someone's rep up a bit.
