Is the Marketplace (Altcoins) section the correct place for this thread?

It seems kinda out of place and looks to me like a service.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I think this belongs in altcoins.

In the Currency exchange section, altcoin trades are moved to Marketplace (Altcoins) even if they involve Bitcoin somehow. That sounds reasonable - the main Currency exchange section is left primarily for BTC<->Fiat trades.

SparkleDev might accept Bitcoin for their services, but the topic is primarily about altcoins so I think it should belong in the altcoin section. I don't want to see any altcoin crap on the forum.
