Can we know more about who the owner is, when the new owner is taking charge, and what will happen to the BTC owing to investors who were affected by the attack on 06/27/2014?

Previous owner should refund every investor before transferring the business to the new owner.
I don't know about the attack you refer to, but imo this is not a detail you can hide to a buyer...

Not sure what you were referring to but all members were reimbursed promptly - caracter2 is obv trolling for some hidden selfish reason.

The new owner still intends on re-releasing it when ready.
