It is harder than steel.  Who would want to sell given that you can charge back on your Master Card while Bitcoin transactions aren't reversible?

Scandinavian cards:

Physical Bitcoin:

With VirWoX you can buy SLL, then trade SLL for BTC:

Buy tiny bits ($0.50 to $2.00 worth)

Personally I have tested virwox, and minibits, and I received my coins With virwox it can take a little while.
At both places the rates are very bad.
If i were you, I would use wire transfer.

BTC-e.com takes Visa/MC through their russian payment gateway Interkassa. Fees aren't bad, good as you'll get with a credit card. Okpay also let's you fund your account with a credit card then buy coins. So does liqpay.com but you have to fund your own account then transfer it to somebody, like btc-e.com and anything over ~$80 or so they may hold for like 6 days. Scammers ruined liqpay, used to be almost instant $2500 deposit

Interkassa uses Liqpay for cc payments. Okpay stopped accepting cc payments. And if you want to spend your afternoons writing with the support then you should use Liqpay.
I my opinion there is no easy or comfortable way to buy btcs with a cc.

I use liqpay without any problems, just do multiple small transactions. I thought OKpay still offered it, too bad. Guess it was through AlertPay or something (which just go back their credit card processing)
