What stops him not sending the private key after getting payment?

Smells like a scam.

C'mon, the guy only has 5 posts. It's not that hard to check his background. Don't bother wasting your time trying to negotiate.

Oh, he is the same guys want trade with wardrick, surely he is scammer.
But I am from Delhi so no problem for me and he can't scam me because when he asked me
to trade I will either use escrow or will tell him to send first. Not going to meet him
with so much funds.

1) gave you respect
2) asked for a fair deal

Please learn to read. He said he asked for escrow, not for you to send him BTC directly.
