I just put my smallest miner 32 GH/s at it for 15~20 and then I'll move on. It's not like I'll be missing much by moving 32 GH/s from a good coin to mine this. Just incase it turns into something. If not then oh well. I used 40 watts of electricity for 15 minutes.

This is what I got with my 32 GH/s miner. So now you would need a pool if you want people to mine since the difficulty has gone up.

What are the thoughts on the coin design?.  The coin has all the benefits of bitcoin and I would like to see it competing with bitcoin in the future.  The main goal was to have a fresh start for all the miners who cant profit from bitcoin anymore.  I am working on a pool right now but I would like the small Asic 1 - 40 ghs miners getting in on the action first. The big miners will come in at the pool stage.

I see that you are trying to use a bfgminer bat file for cgminer.  My antminer U2 bat file for cgminer goes like this:-

cgminer.exe --bmsc-options 115200:20 -o http://localhost:21012 -u mobiuscoin -p x  --bmsc-freq 0A81

so if you want to run cgminer it should go like this :- cgminer.exe -o http://localhost:21012 -u username -p password

Username and password that you have setup in your config file.  Dont forget to shut down and restart the wallet after every change to the config file + on the wallet debug console type in setgenerate false.

Why is everyone bugged about the 3000 block I mined at the start? BIG Bullion got away with 1.5% premine at the start of their campaign.  I would like to say that the intention of the premine was to help get the coin up and running so if anyone would like to join in and help get MöbiusCoin where it needs to be Step forward.  I will Offer:

I set this up to solomine one of my S1's...The others pool mine, so maybe I am missing something about solomining with an S1? The first tutorial I read said to create a server.bat file (which I did)...

I keep getting the error *to use the "-server" option , you must set an rpc password in the config file...*

it recommends one, which i have copied into the config file and saved. BUt when I go to run the server.bat file in just gives me the same error again?

You cannot solo mine with an S1 because your hardware has to be connected to your computer to solo mine to use the local IP address of your computer running the synced wallet.  e.g CPU GPU U1 U2 & any Asic that can be connected to your computer will do fine.

I tend to agree, the best way to mine this now is via a pool, unless your solo with around 600GH/s

I have mined around 5000 coins in about 16 hours.

but even with a 30GH/s miner you can still get a % of mined coins via the pool, and every GH/s helps.

They have also caused massive damage to my personnel accounts.

I apologize to the community for this - I have access to my accounts again.

I understand that this might be the end for Möbiuscoin as the community will lack confidence.

To the people hacking into my accounts - you have done your job well!!!  now go somewhere else!!!

I am deeply upset and have taken steps so this will not happen again.

I have not lost confidence in the Möbiuscoin and will keep on supporting it and working hard to bring it to the masses.

I'm sure people understand your situation and will not abandon Möbius because of this unfortunate event. It is impossible to create 100% secure systems, and a determined cracker can get through basically any defences.

I'm actually an IT security specialist with 15+ years of experience (which is why A.C has particularly high security standards) and am happy to assist you in configuring your systems so that hacking like you've experienced now will be a lot more difficult to do.

Möbiuscoin is still very much alive,  We are working on getting the wallets updated in the next couple of days.

Once the wallets are updated we should be able to get on more Liquid Exchanges eg. Bittrex, Cryptsy which turn around 300-500 BTC per day.

Coins are still being found at a very fast pace,  and the pools are running smoothly.  There is no better time to mine MöbiusCoin.

I was able to add Networkhashps and Relocated the data directory to the usual places. Be sure to back up your Wallet.dat before Git Pull upgrade.

The cloud hosting service is not so good for the two pools of cointech.net, but the p2pool is more stable and not required reg. Thanks to Kkemp102294 we have 3th pool operating. cointech's pool will be moved to good hardware and datacenter few days after adoption of the coin in second exchange. So please, vote for exchanges listed on the OP and every other help is very appreciated.

Your account is enabled manual and you can contact me on the mail listed on the top of the pool. The IP range is blacklisted for the full range of the ISP, and most emails are moved to the trash or junk folder. If you add the email: mobicoin <at> zetool.cointech.net as your contact may be will receive any mail.

The third pool is back online with backend issues corrected. Occasionally this error comes up, but I am quick to fix and any mining that is active is still accumulating. I am personally mining on this pool so I have a vested interest in making it work.

this is because the wallets have the setgenerate functions and the AV software think that anybody wants to install miner virus on many computers to mine coins.
Skip this messages and insert the QT-binaries to the exclude list of the AV soft.

As Rossen has explained there is no threat,  Antivirus protection are showing up false flags from an update from the Antivirus Vendors.  I
will send emails to the problematic Antivirus vendors and inform them that our wallet is false detecting as having a threat.

If you are concerned about a virus in the wallet then the best thing to do is to review, understand, and build the wallet from source.
This does prevent the less nerdy from performing this method, but I would recommend this method when possible.

I too have found that many antivirus programs have false positives on several alt coin wallets.
I have also found that mining software is identified as viruses, but I really think that IT groups in businesses are marking these as viruses to prevent users from mining on company computers.
