Is something wrong with solo mining?
I keep getting "all pools are dead" in bfgminer and it was working fine last night before I went to bed. And another miner using cgminer keeps saying "work available from pools, resuming".

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks

---Update--- The Exchange contact I had for Mobiuscoin turned out to be bogus - someone posing as Poloniex exchange. For anyone who gets emails from "Poloniex Exchange - Poloniex@gmail.com" This is a bogus account!!!! Jeez there are to many bad people in the world!. Sorry for the bad news - Time to crack on with dev. Anyone with problems with solo mining check your configs & hardware - wallets are synced up and connections are online.

I set this up to solomine one of my S1's...The others pool mine, so maybe I am missing something about solomining with an S1? The first tutorial I read said to create a server.bat file (which I did)...
I keep getting the error *to use the "-server" option , you must set an rpc password in the config file...*
it recommends one, which i have copied into the config file and saved. BUt when I go to run the server.bat file in just gives me the same error again?
Everything is in the Roaming folder (mobiuscoin)
Config file reads:
rpcuser=mobiuscoinrpc rpcpassword=xxxxx server=1 daemon=1 listen=1 rpcport=21012 p2pport=11012 addnode=54.194.99.126 rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcallowip=192.168.0.*
Any help appreciated, as this will likely also impact soloming other coins in the future... I do tip for in depth help that gets me up and running, Thanks! Feel free to PM me if this requires alot more explanation.

You cannot solo mine with an S1 because your hardware has to be connected to your computer to solo mine to use the local IP address of your computer running the synced wallet. e.g CPU GPU U1 U2 & any Asic that can be connected to your computer will do fine.

A lot of people have been trying to solo mine with S1 & S3 hardware for a long time but I don't think they have met success with this as you will see on the forums. If you do find a way let the community know . No one has stepped forward for any bounties yet. First node to be added 30000 MOBI First mining pool added 30000 MOBI Anyone that has coding experience please PM me, join in, get involved, bounties available We also need donations to keep the node open while we apply for an exchange Please donate anything you can to To donate BTC: 1GUjtP9zwD6rcpo4cUXCWA4n7hScr6NbZz

Garmin has found a solution to S1 & S3 solo mine for Mobiuscoin, well done sir. I have not got the time to try this out at the moment as I have more pressing issues to work on for the coin dev. Please post if anyone else can get Garmin's solution to work.

Don't download this. The source code is available, compile it yourself to be safe.

Don't download this. The source code is available, compile it yourself to be safe. true; if you wish to be safe then stay in home and lock the door. This currency is also unsafe by idea - where I can exchange it? Why to provide addnodes and wallets? This binary is compiled by the source with no source changes, except one bug i the qt project file - one line is removed to run the qmake util. The idea for the pack is to help users who want to use it, but do not know how to compile and/or have no time. All of my wallets bins in the blog are used for my own needs and I share the files.
