i have control of the account. i am giving him 72 hrs to repay. Also added negative trust.

i did exactly that, before reading it.
The question is what should i do with the account, if he doesn't pay?

Sell it or participate in a signature campaign and then sell it.

I would also suggest removing the negative trust as the account is effectively yours, therefore you have essentially given negative trust to yourself.

EDIT: I hope the loan was a very small one if it was secured to a JR member account with only 35 posts as this is worth essentially nothing.

EDIT2: If you lent .06 to a newbie with only his account as collateral then SMH

Am i allowed to rent/sell bitcointalk accounts of defaulted people given as collateral for non-scam, non-trolling purposes?
the person interested have to pay first an extra amount which will be forfeited on violation of forum rules, so that it will force him to use for genuine purpose only.

So, is it allowed?

my answer would be: if account is in good standing why not? guy default loan so he lost his account.  You can do what ever you want to get your btc back.
